The Department of Medical Education, Research & Scholarship (DMERS) hosts several Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs at St. Joseph’s Health Centre. Education programs are accessible to all physicians, medical learners, interprofessional providers, and staff members interested in enhancing their clinical knowledge and skills in the latest developments in the provision of care.
In appreciation of our physicians and medical learners at St. Joseph’s, CME programs are free of charge. Waiving registration fees and hosting CME programs at our health centre provide education opportunities that are accessible and accommodate their clinical schedules. CME programs at St. Joseph’s serve to maintain, develop, and/or increase the knowledge, skills, and professional performance and relationships that physicians use to provide services for patients, the public, or the profession.
