Provides comprehensive quality primary care services such as preventative and chronic disease management, as well as antenatal / postnatal services. Also offers specialty programs devoted to addictions medicine, mental health, home visits and palliative care.

Services for patients with recent soft tissue injuries or acute inflammatory joint problems, back injuries, foot or hip deformities, and acute joint injuries. Patients must be referred from the Emergency Department.
