General Information

St. Joseph’s Health Centre has been affiliated with the University of Toronto for over 80 years and partners with over 20 universities and colleges in education. It’s our vision to shape care through teaching and education. We trained over 1,200 learners in a variety of programs and specialties every year as we endeavor to provide students an outstanding learning and teaching experience at St. Joseph’s Health Centre.

Seeking a placement

Student placements are organized through the program coordinator of the affiliated academic institution. Please contact your school if you would like to do your placement at St. Joseph’s Health Centre.

Starting a placement

When your placement has been confirmed, you will receive an email with an orientation package and link to complete your student registration online. All students are required to complete the onboarding requirements prior to the start of your placement, including clearance of 2-steps TB and Mask fit testing that need arrangement in advance.
