Health Records

Full Time Temporary
Must be available for all shifts (days, evenings, weekends)
$22.847 to $24.968 per hour

*Full Time Temporary (until approximately July 26, 2019)

Position Profile: Responsible for pulling charts for physician chart completion. Reviews
charts completed by the physicians and updates the Meditech system. Reports incomplete charts to the department of Medical Affairs in accordance with Health Centre policy and procedures.

Qualifications:
1. Secondary School Diploma or equivalent required
2. Experience with Health Records procedures required
3. Experience with Chart Control/Chart Completion functions required
4. Experience in clerical functions (faxing, photocopying, email, and MS Office)
6. Accurate keyboarding speed of 40wpm required
7. Experience with Meditech/ADT system required
8. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
9. Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environment and complete work assignments in a timely manner
10. Attention to detail, analytical and excellent problem-solving skills
11. Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
12. Satisfactory attendance record
