$21.421 to $23.408 per hour
8 hour day shifts Monday – Saturday with occasional rotation to one Saturday day shift
Qualifications include:
1. Graduate of a recognized post secondary secretarial/administration program (equivalent related
experience may be considered)
2. Minimum one year recent related secretarial experience, preferably in a related environment.
3. Successful completion of a Medical Terminology course or related experience
4. Accurate keyboarding of 50 wpm and good proof reading skills.
5. Proficient in dicta-typing or willing to learn dicta-typing and proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel)
6. Experience in Meditech and Sectra preferred.
7. Excellent filing, records management and statistical skills.
8. Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
9. Excellent phone manner and customer service skills
10. Demonstrated initiative and ability to organize workload in a busy environment
11. Demonstrated ability to multi-task simultaneous demands.
12. Satisfactory attendance record.
