Bugs & Drugs Day returns on October 5, 2016!
The Bugs & Drugs program provides both primary care providers and internal medicine physicians with information and skills required to reduce the instances and intensity of infectious disease in our community. Content is focused on commonly seen infectious diseases in our community, guideline updates, and treatment options.
Bugs & Drugs will feature presentations by physicians and interprofessional experts in the area of infectious disease.
This program is open to healthcare professionals seeking to update their knowledge and skills in treating patients with infectious disease in a hospital and/or community setting.
Details on credit eligibility will be announced closer to the date of the course. Certificates will be issued by the DMES following confirmation of registration at the event and receipt of evaluation materials.
Who Should Attend
Practicing specialist and family medicine physicians, other healthcare providers, and residents/fellows interested in receiving the most up-to-date information on infectious disease.
Registration must be completed online at http://sjhcdmes.eventbrite.ca. Telephone, email and fax registration will not be accepted. Upon the DMES’s receipt of your registration, you will receive an email confirmation. Please be sure to identify an email address that you check frequently as this will be used for essential information including registration confirmation and evaluation.
All participants are required to complete an evaluation of the session in order to qualify for CME credits. The online evaluation will be emailed to the address provided following the event.
