$34.912- $43.802 per hour
The Respiratory Therapist is accountable for the provision of quality care and service throughout the Health Center and exercises expertise and skill. In collaboration with the Manager of ICU/PACU/RT and Medical Director of Respiratory Services, the RRT provides customer focused care/service and supports a learning environment by participating in professional development and by coaching/mentoring students and colleagues. The RRT is accountable for achieving and practicing an on-going high standard of care in the methodologies of Respiratory Services.
Goal: The goal is the development of clinical expertise and skills to achieve the highest standard of care in Respiratory Services.
1. Must be a member in good standing with CRTO
2. Must attain certifications in BLS, NRP within 1 year of employment
3. Neonatal experience an asset
4. Evidence of professional/clinical leadership
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Excellent clinical and technical skills
7. Ssatisfactory attendance record.
